Shipping Information

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard (3-5 business days) — FREE on orders over £50, otherwise £4.95
  • Express (1-2 business days) — £9.95
  • Next Day Delivery — £12.95, order before 2pm

All orders come with tracking information sent to your email once dispatched. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to protect your candles during transit.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Pack securely, attach the label, and drop off at your nearest post office.
